Geelong Americana songwriter Nathan Seeckts brings his full band to Church for a special night celebrating new music, old favourites and the opening of one of the city's most exciting new live music venues.

Fresh from a string of acclaimed releases and years spent building a reputation as one of regional Victoria's most compelling storytellers, Nathan will preview songs from his forthcoming album alongside selections from The Heart of the City and Something Rare and Beautiful.

Joining him is the remarkable Freya Josephine Hollick, whose fearless songwriting and unmistakable voice have made her one of Australia's most respected country and folk artists.

Set inside the beautifully restored Church at Geelong Arts Centre, this promises to be an intimate evening of heartfelt songwriting, full-band energy and stories that celebrate place, family and the lives we build along the way. Church has been designed as a dedicated space for independent artists, making this a fitting occasion to experience both a new venue and new music.
